Spicy Hummus
2 cups garbanzo beans, cooked & drained
2 tablespoons jalapeño, minced
3 tablespoons cilantro, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place all the ingrediants in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
Yield: 2 cups
